On June 13th Primal and Coração de Cacau invite you for an intimate midweek sound. cacao. and silence. gathering to practice deep inner listening at Wozen Studio. We will be bathed in sound waves and take our time as we move and dance our bodies and our instruments from a place of empty inner space.
In the world we live in today, silence is threatened by incessant talk and chatter which undermines music but also leads us to a state of confusion as we detach from what is really our own souls sound and rhythm. It is through this deep inner listening that we are able to express and create from the inside out, and truly hear and share a piece of what our soul whispers within. This is because in silence our experience of the world recedes and our feeling of isolation and our interior being increases.
Sound without silence would be noise, and silence without sound would leave us in an empty voice. Without the alteration between sound and music there would be no rhythm. Dance is a prayer with intention, and we invite you to join us as we are blessed with beautiful cacao heart opening medicinal from the Trinidadian jungle to bring us energy of abundance and plenitude and support us in co-creating a free and aware space to experience our inner natural love, meditate to the sound of our inner body whispers and be conducted into a state of loving transe.
18.30pm Arrive to ground in, clear our energy fields from the work week and sit in silence as we feel into the energies present within our bodies.
19.00pm Silent and sacred cacao ritual with Momo. Sat in a circle we will collectively hold space for the medicinal plant and our own inner being with our full presence. Filipe will then bathe us in a gong bath as the medicine travels through our bodies.
19.45pm Anna Maria will then take us through a movement journey awakening parts of our body to the dance of our inner silence.
20.00pm Miguel and Filipe will bathe us with a powerful sound journey, uniquely blending african drums and harp (n'goni) with the sacred sounds of our planetary gong, tibetan singing bowls and a soft hang drum. The african drums carved out of beautiful wood and skin emit earth frequencies as the gong, bowls and hang made of metal create a cosmic vibration that ripple through the space....
Strong ethereal sounds, heart opening melodies, pulsing rhythmical patterns and channeled vocals, will guide us through different stages that take us from stillness to energetic dancing, and the dance will surface from inside your being
Primal is a family of healers, spaces and human beings reconnecting with our creature instincts and primal nature through sound, movement, nourishment and creation. We are a family co-creating a space where we explore ways of getting together, deeply connecting with ourselves and with each other. Miguel Anumano Miguel lives in devotion, to music, intensely since childhood. He is inspired by ancestral healing sounds, is a sound explorer, percussionist, vocalist, multi instrumentist, self-taught, improvisation artist. The Guidelines of his work are, authentic expression from the heart, listening, presence, depth, intuition and flow. Empowering through creativity. Miguel also graduated and keeps learning about holistic medicine travelling through various countries.
He offers concerts with other musicians and solo, tribal celebrations, voice and rhythm circles. Plays sound for dance sessions , conscious movement, healing, yoga, ceremonies and rituals. The family, are a group of warm hearted amazing friends, family, musicians, artists, magicians , healers, fairies and shamans, that hold the space with passion and love.
Filipe Sabia (Filipe do Carmo Ferreira) Filipe through his deep inner being connection and to the elements of the earth, offers from a place of non-person a unique journey of self-realization bringing the cosmic vibration from above to Pachamama's ground. With an ever present and growing passion for music, vibrational healing, and sacred plant medicine, he now shares the beauty and magic of planetary gongs, Tibetan singing bowls and the hand pan as an extension of his own heart to all the hearts who immerse with him in this dance of creation.

Space creater/holder and organizer of events with the intention of deep reconnection with the heart center and the inner self. Through Music and Dance, Momo encourages living with the heart passionatly and fully believing in our own inner power to create, take responsibility in life and evolve to a higher consciousness.
